The radio message to the police, in order to ransom off the stolen jewels, was purely fictional, as was the grand theft in the first place! The transmission was meant solely for the ears of Green Specter as the dastardly Dragon Queen knew the courageous crimefighter would intercept the signal and lead her prey straight into her clutches...

"Dragon Queen! I knew you were behind this!" Green Specter barks as she strides confidently into the supervillain's secret lair, unaware of the danger she is walking into…
Confronting the evil oriental, the mighty avenger stands with her thigh-booted legs wide apart and her black leather gloved fists planted on her hips in a defiant heroic pose whilst the diabolical queen of crime simply sits cross-legged in her large throne, fanning herself and grinning evilly.

This revelation angers Green Specter who insists that the vile villainess comes with her - she is still one of the most wanted criminals in Delta City and therefore the masked heroine intends to take the empress of evil back to prison!
"I'm not going anywhere Green Specter... YOU ARE!!!" shouts Dragon Queen as she points a device at the wall opposite the superheroine and activates it.
Immediately, Green Specter can feel some kind of invisible energy source pulling her hips forward and she yells in total shock.
Taking the blonde beauty completely by surprise, Green Specter cries out in anguish and XXXX as she can feel her body being pulled over to the wall by some sort of invisible beam.
