After spending several days as a prisoner of sadistic supervillain The Cowboy, captured crimefighter Green Specter is extremely weary after being chained to a wall and tormented endlessly.

But the helpless heroine refuses to give in, which angers the villainous varmint and causes him to raise the stakes...
